Jamal Walters

Jamal comes to Care2U with more than twenty years of progressive experience in the Human Resources (HR) field. Throughout his career, Jamal has provided strategic business partnering to senior leadership teams as well as supported managers, supervisors, and their teams. Jamal started his professional HR career in the active-duty Army where he spent 11 years at various duty stations around the globe. After receiving an honorable discharge, Jamal served as the HR Liaison for American Anesthesiology (AA), providing support for over 2800 employees nationally. After leaving AA, Jamal served in a Southeast Regional HR role with IntegraMed Fertility, which was the largest network of fertility providers in North America. Prior to joining Care2U, Jamal served as the Vice President of HR for AMDA, which ranks as one the top dramatic arts colleges in America. In this position, he had responsibility for human resources-related areas including employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, benefits, and workforce planning. In every HR role, Jamal has engaged employees at all levels to consistently help build cohesive and functional teams/work environments, serving as the foundation for future change and progress.
