How
Works
1. Book a Visit
We make accessing care easy. Hospital systems, Home Care Agencies, and primary care providers can arrange transitional care following Hospital or Nursing Home discharge for you directly.
For unexpected episodes, you or a caregiver can schedule an Urgent visit online or by phone from 9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week.
Wherever you’re located, we’ll dispatch a Care2U healthcare professional quickly to deliver urgent and emergency-level care on-demand in the comfort of your home. Avoid long wait times, ER visits, and hospital readmissions.
For in-home Hospitalizations, Care2U will work directly with your Primary Care Physician.
2. Relax-You're in Good Hands
Our Care2U healthcare professional will come to you. Upon arrival, our professionals will assess your immediate needs, and complete a thorough evaluation in conjunction with one of our Care2U clinicians via telehealth.
3. Receive Hands-on Healthcare Solutions
A Care2U clinician can assist you with a wide variety of high-level care services, including clinical assessments, specimen collection, EKG, IV administration, and more. Our team of healthcare professionals is available to assist however we can, bringing the benefits of urgent care to your home.

Care2U Cost & Insurance
Just like our medical care services are convenient to you, the cost of a visit from Care2U is also convenient. Our mission is to ensure we always deliver high-quality care to your home at an affordable price. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider directly for details on your coverage. If we are billing your insurance plan, we have a minimum out of pocket fee of $149 per visit
Our healthcare services are also HSA/FSA eligible.
We will be partnering with many leading insurance companies, including Medicare. If you’d like to confirm a particular plan, please call our office, and a staff member will be happy to help you.
If you don’t have insurance or choose to pay out of pocket, the flat rate for in-home visit starts at $349
Care2U Cost & Insurance
Our mission is to ensure we always deliver high quality care to your home at an affordable price. Our In-Home Hospitalization program, providing ongoing, advanced care at home, is covered by most insurance plans. For our Acute Care at Home program, there may be a delivery fee to have a mobile field clinician come to your home.
